EULA - End User License Agreement

MELODY PLAYER END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. DISCLAIMER :
MYRIAD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY) OR OTHER THEORIES OF LAW, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY MYRIAD, OR ANY UNDERTAKINGS, ACTS OR OMISSIONS RELATING THERETO.
Myriad products comply with French law. In case of use outside French territory, the user is responsible for ensuring that Myriad products do not infringe any local law.
2. DISTRIBUTION :
The product is freeware, and provided on an "as is" basis.
Non-profit distribution of the product is acceptable without prior written notice, providing that the software is not modified in any way, and is distributed in its entirety (this includes the application and its data files and documentation). For-profit distribution of the above software requires a prior written agreement from the authors, by post mail or e-mail.
